Here’s the thing…if you don’t run your day, it will run you! It’s so important to figure out exactly how we want our days to go so we can live with less stress and a whole lot more joy. 

This really starts by taking a look at our lives and figuring out what exactly our ideal day would look like. What priorities and boundaries will you set, what relationships will you have? Create that vision. 

Another important thing to remember is that we have to protect our yes’s. What I mean by that is we have to know when to say no! It’s so common for us to jump into saying yes to aaalll the things, even when they don’t align with our ideal life. Once you’ve figured out what your ideal life looks like, remember that it’s okay to say no. It’s okay!!
