You have probably heard of or even tried meditation before and if you’re anything like me, you may have struggled to get into it at first. It can be difficult to sit down and actually be present without our thoughts flying in a million different directions. But, I remembered that God specifically says that we need to meditate on his word and that’s when I set out on a journey to do just that. It was through that journey that I found Ryanne’s biblical guided meditation and wow…it has done some amazing things for me. 

Today, Ryanne is walking us through the benefits of meditation on our mental health, especially when we spend it soaking in God’s word. Not only that, but she actually guides us through a 5 minute meditation! It is SO powerful and you can actually feel God beside us as we absorb all of His goodness and truth.
