Kelly Wenner is the founder and creator of Soulstrength Fit, SoulStrength Fit Kids, and host of the podcast Devotionals on the Go. Private trainer, wife, and mom to three girls, Kelly understands the importance of time management and self care for busy moms and makes it her goal to help busy Christian women live strong, vibrant lives.

After living several years as a stressed out mama, Kelly found peace during her mornings spent with Jesus and exercise and knew that her morning routine was a necessity in her life. It was then that the seed of her faith-based fitness program was planted. 

Kelly is doing a deep dive today into why it’s so important to take care of the body that God gifted us with, from proper nutrition and exercise to getting rid of the negative thoughts and habits we may have developed so we can fully invest in ourselves and truly grow in the Fruit of the Spirit. 

She’s sharing some tangible tips on how we can set ourselves up for success as mamas by prioritizing our health to decrease stress and anxiety, better manage our time, and develop patience and self-control.
