As a woman, you might relate to the vicious cycle of your body weight going up and down, up and down. Oftentimes, our thoughts around our body image yo-yo up and down right along with those numbers on the scale. #facepalm
Pregnancy and hormones? Weight gain and loss.
Trauma? Weight gain and loss.
Boredom? Weight gain and loss.
Riding an emotional roller coaster? Weight gain and loss.
Let’s just set it straight. Maintaining a weight we love can feel heavy (no pun intended!). Loving our body? It can be hard. In this episode, Heidi is helping us take a look at how we can step towards healing and adopt a healthy view of our body.
She shares about her own body image journey, as well as how she found healing and peace. She also offers some great tips about how we can start on the inside, by developing a healthy mindset and work our way to the outside of our body to begin feeling great about the way we look.
