Louise has spent most of her adult life in the entertainment industry. She began as an actress in the H.R. Pufnstuf live show and was the opening act for Donna Summer. She has starred on Broadway, in two Showtime Specials, and co-starred with comedy icons Tim Conway & Harvey Korman for 12 years. Louise is also the co-author of 5 of the 12 Godwink books and Dogwink book with her husband, SQuire Rushnell. She and her husband are executive producers of Hallmark’s Godwink Christmas movies and they are currently filming the 4th movie, “A Godwink Christmas Miracle of Love”, which will air this December. In addition, Louise and SQuire are the executive producers on the Netflix movie “Rescued by Ruby” which will premiere in February 2022.

God has many ways of speaking to us, through scripture, through other people, and then there are these moments…these Godwinks where we can really feel His presence and His love for us. Can you recall a time like that in your life?

She even talks about something she calls “Dogwinks” and tells a beautiful true story that may just bring tears to your eyes as you listen to how God truly has His hand in every part of our lives.
Sweet friend, God is so good and so faithful. And He is always present…everywhere, everyday, in every moment. And these little Godwinks…those are just one of His many ways of showing us just show deep His love is for us, His children.
